Delta Bank as of November 10, 2017 stripped of KASE currency and stock market membership

/KASE, November 10, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors, as of November 10, 2017 Delta Bank (Almaty) was stripped of its currency and stock market membership in KASE. This means that Delta Bank is no longer a member of KASE, nor is it entitled to trade in any instruments on KASE. This decision was taken in accordance with sub-items 3) and 4) of item 1 of article 12 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Membership" based on a resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2017, according to which Delta Bank as of November 3, 2017 was stripped of the license No. 213 for carrying out banking and other transactions and activities on the securities market issued to the bank on October 24, 2008 by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Surveillance of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations.
