/KASE, October 16, 2017/ – ASYL-INVEST (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
October 11, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y03F022 (KZ2C00003366, KASE alternative
market, category "bonds", ASYLb1) of ASYL-INVEST for the period from February
19 to July 31, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of July 31, 2017, 13,000,000 pieces of said
bonds were outstanding.
