/KASE, October 13, 2017/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2017. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the company makes up 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 23,671,502 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is Samruk-Energy JSC, owning 118,644,006 common shares of the company (83.37% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares or 100.00% of the total number of the company's outstanding common shares).
