According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C52060015 of the company makes up 4,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P52060111 - 1,000,000 pieces; - 4,000,000 preferred shares and all common shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole Company'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
