National Bank of Kazakhstan accepted report on issue and floatation results of first issue bonds of BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/IRBIS, Jan 30, 02/ - Stock Market Regulatory Department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan informed today that on January 30 it accepted documents to review the issue and flotation results of first issue bonds of BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty; KZ2CUY03A370; official list of KASE under category "А", CSBNb1; $100, $15.0m; July 13.01 - July 13.04, semiannual coupon at 9.5% APR) with total face value of $15,000,000. On January 14 BANK CASPIAN OJSC informed the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that at the moment of fixing the register of bondholders for the first coupon the investors bought 70.38% of registered issue volume. The securities were placed among the residents of Kazakhstan. The banks purchased 47.90%, accumulative pension funds - 50.57%, other investors - 1.53%.
