/KASE, September 29, 2017/ – In accordance with a decision of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Management Board, as of October 8, 2017 the following information
about units KZPFN0043054 (KZPF00000066, sector "securities of investment funds",
ASYL_or) of IUIT "ORKEN" managed by ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) will be changed in
KASE's trading system and data bases:
- the issuer of said units will be changed from ASYL-INVEST to Freedom Finance;
- national identification number (NIN) of said units will be changed from
KZPFN0043054 to KZPFN0033154.
In accordance with that decision of KASE Management Board, the following
information about said units will also be changed in KASE data bases:
- name of the managing company of IUIT "ORKEN" will be changed from ASYL-INVEST
to Freedom Finance;
- name of auditing firm carrying out audit of the managing company of IUIT
"ORKEN", will be changed from LLP "Auditing company "TarstFinAudit" to LLP "Deloitte".
This decision was taken based on copies of a certificate of the National Bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue dated
September 8, 2017, and changes and additions to rules of IUIT "ORKEN" –
