Monetary mass (M3) in Kazakhstan as of December 1, 2001 - KZT522.2 bln

/Almaty bureau REUTERS, Jan 15, 02/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Statistics agency of Kazakhstan, that as of December 1, 2001 the volume of monetary mass (M3) decreased from KZT523.7bn in previous month to KZT522.2bn. The cash proportion in a total volume of monetary mass had declined by 1.1% by the end of November 2001 compared with October. Withdraw of banknotes in the amount of KZT6.9bn in November 2001, is said in the report.
