BANK CASPIAN OJSC informed about process of primary floatation of its first issue bonds

/IRBIS, Jan 14, 02/ - Today BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty) sent official information to the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about process of primary floatation of its first issue bonds (KZ2CUY03A370, official list of KASE securities under category "A", CSBNb1; $100; $15.0m; Jul 13.01 - Jul 13.04; semiannual coupon at 9.5% APR). It is said in the message that currently securities are floated among residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For the first coupon payment moment 70.38% of registered issue volume were bought out by investors. From this amount banks share accounts for 47.90%, share of accumulating pension funds - 50.57%, share of other investors - 1.53%. Bonds were included into official list of KASE securities under category "A" on July 19,2001. Bonds trades were opened at KASE on November 06,2001.
