Kazakhstan temir zholy RSE (Kazakhstan) informed KASE about first coupon payments on its second issue bonds

/IRBIS, Jan 11, 02/ - Kazakhstan temir zholy RSE (Astana; exclusive
railroad transporter of Kazakhstan) sent official information to the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about payment on January 10,2002 of
the first coupon to the holders of its second issue bonds (KZ2EUY03A368,
official list of KASE securities under category "A", TMJLb2; $100; $30m; Jul
10.01 - Jul 10.04; semiannual coupon at 8.0% APR). It is said in the
message that coupon payment was paid in accordance with debt servicing
schedule and amount of payments was KZT131,031,760.
In accordance with bonds issue terms, coupon payment on these bonds is
made twice a year - January10 and July 10. Kazregister LLP (Almaty) is
responsible for the register. Bonds are serviced at rate of the National Bank
of Kazakhstan for the day of payment. Coupon payment is made from the
settlement of time basis as 360/30 (360 days in a year, 30 days in a month)
to persons, which acquired securities not later than 30 days prior settling
date of payment.
