EGM of Al Saqr Finance shareholders scheduled for September 15, 2017

/KASE, August 23, 2017/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders is to begin on September 15, 2017 at 12:00 o'clock, with the sole agenda being the issue of taking a decision on increasing the number of authorized ordinary shares of the company. Said meeting will take place at 5 Al-Farabi ave., non-residential room No. 15a, Almaty. The list of shareholders entitled to take part in the meeting was drawn up as of August 14, 2017.
