/KASE, July 27, 2017/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund Samuryk-Kazyna (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of the registered amendments to the issue
prospectus of its bonds KZP11Y11D391 (KZ2C00002319; KASE Main Market,
Bonds Category, SKKZb11) and a certificate of state registration of July 19,
2017, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes in the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the national identifying number of the bonds was changed from
KZP11Y11D391 to KZP11Y18D398;
- the maturity of the bonds: from March 18, 2009 (the date of listing in KASE
official list) until the expiration of ten years, starting from the day of the
first special trading placement session or re-sale of bonds;
- the coupon interest rate on the bonds is fixed and will be determined based
on the results of the first special trading placement session or re-sale of
bonds.
