Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from December 24 through 30

/IRBIS, Dec 21, 01/ - For December 23 through 30, 2001 following events will take place on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan at the Exchange. On December 24 KAZKOMMERTSBANK OJSC (Almaty) pays the second coupon on its second issue subordinate euronotes (XS0122349615, official list of KASE under category "А"; trade code - KKGBe2; Dec 22,00 - Dec 22,07; $20.0m; semiannual coupon at 11.0% APR). Settlement date of repayment - December 22,2001- is a day off. If all bonds are outstanding, then payment amount is USD1,100 th. On December 28 TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdamme, Netherlands Kingdom) subsidiary of Bank TuranAlem OJSC pays the first coupon on its first issue bonds (XS0131688227, official list of KASE under category "А"; trade code - BTASe1; June 28,01 - June 28,04; $100.0m; semiannual coupon at 11.5% APR) which were issued under full guarantee of the founder. If all bonds are outstanding, then payment amount is USD5,750 th. On December 29 the register of second issue bondholders of RG Brands OJSC (Almaty) (KZ72KAT51A39, official list of KASE under category "А"; trade code - RGBRb2; Jan 08,01 - Jan 08,03; $4.0m; $100; semiannual coupon at 13.0% APR) is fixed. The register is fixed for the second coupon payment. From December 29,2001 to January 08,2002 bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange without taking into account accumulated interest.
