EGM of Karazhyra shareholders scheduled for August 11, 2017

/KASE, July 25, 2017/ – Karazhyra (Semey, Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin on August 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM, with the following agenda: 1) defining the number of members, term of office of the company's Board of Directors, 2) election of members of the company's Board of Directors; 3) defining the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and to members of the company's Board of Directors. Said meeting will be held at 93 Boranbai Bi str., conference hall, Semei. Participants of said meeting will be registered starting from 9:00 AM. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in said meeting was drawn up as of July 19, 2017.
