In January–June 2017 volume of GS trades on KASE increased by 31.0 % and made up KZT437.4 bn ($1,370.9 mln)

/KASE, July 12, 2017/ – In January–June 2017 the volume of trades in government securities (GS) on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)* made up KZT437.4 bn (equivalent of USD1,370.9 mln) and increased against the corresponding period of 2016 by 31.0 % (by 44.3 % in dollar terms). In comparison with the preceding six-month period of 2016 (July–December 2016) the trades volume increased 2.0 times (2.1 times in dollar terms).
