/KASE, July 4, 2017/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Astana,
hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 29,
2017, according to which:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of shares in the
period from April 6 to 26, 2017;
- as of April 27, 2017 51,541,838 ordinary shares of the company were
outstanding; its shareholders capital equaled to KZT51,541,838,000.00.
