BANK OF ASTANA PLACED 5,652,174 ORDINARY SHARES KZ1C56630011 (KZ1С00001023, ABBN) ON KASE IN IPO AT KZT1,150 PER SHARE TO TOTAL OF KZT6.5 BN

/KASE, June 30, 2017/ – As previously reported, from June 12 to 26, 2017 an initial offering of ordinary shares KZ1C56630011 (KZ1С00001023, KASE Main Market, Standard Category, ABBN) of Bank of Astana (Almaty) was conducted in KASE trading system by way of subscription. Freedom Finance (Seller, Almaty) acted as a Seller for the subscription. The initial number of shares offered was 2,173,914 at KZT1,150 per share. On June 26, the Seller increased the number of shares offered to 4,347,826. On June 27, the Seller announced an increase in the number of shares offered to 5,652,174 as the offer was oversubscribed. By the close of the order collection, 1,831 orders were submitted to KASE trading system of which 1,806 orders for purchase of 6,564,919 shares were considered active. The number of active orders received from individuals was 1,788. These orders were submitted from 1,753 personal accounts. Seven orders were received from personal accounts of brokerage companies, and eleven orders were submitted by their clients (legal entities). The total subscription demand made up KZT7,549.7 mln and exceeded the supply 1.2 times. The demand from brokerage companies amounted to KZT231.2 mln (3.1 % of the supply), legal entities – KZT325.3 mln (4.3 % of the supply) and individuals – KZT6,993.1 mln (92.6 % of the supply). In total 13 members of KASE stock market participated in the offering. Based on the offering results securities worth KZT6,074,335,650 (93.5 % of the placement volume) were transferred to accounts of individuals, whereas to accounts of brokerage companies – worth KZT213,426,200 (3.3 % of the placement volume), the volume of satisfied orders submitted by other legal entities amounted to KZT212,238,250 (3.3 % of the placement volume). In total, according to the subscription results, 1,798 transactions were concluded for 5,652,174 shares for a total of KZT6,500,000,100. According to the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) all deals based on results of the subscription by the moment of publication of this information were settled, the subscription is completed.
