Kazkommertsbank says bank's KZT295,587 were frozen

/KASE, May 31, 2017/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "the private bailiff of Astana law enforcement district of the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Astana Dauren Didarbekov has imposed arrest on the Bank's money proceeds in the amount of KZT295,587 under the statement of claim of M. Uksikbaev, according to the Resolution without No. dated May 23, 2017 on imposing arrest on assets in banks and organizations carrying out particular types of banking transactions". [2017-05-31]
