Bayan-Sulu OJSC (Kazakhstan) has not floated a single share of fourth issue - SMRD of NBK

/IRBIS, Nov 9, 01/ - On November 6, 2001 Stock Market Regulatory Department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (Department) approved a report on issue and floatation results of fourth issue of Bayan-Sulu OJSC (Kostanai) shares for a total of KZT553,171,800 at face value. Based on the data of the Department, the company has not floated a single share of this issue. The Department informs of this on its web site. Common inscribed shares of Bayan-Sulu OJSC (production and sales of confectionery) are traded in official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) under category "B" from Aug 12, 98.
