/KASE, May 15, 2017/ – NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC (London), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "at a meeting
of the Company’s Board of Directors held on 8 May 2017 the following changes
to the composition of Board committees were approved, all effective
from 8 May 2017".
