Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia appoints I. Kolomeisky as Chairman of Board of Directors

/KASE, May 4, 2017/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE of the following:

Igor Kolomeisky was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SB
Sberbank. The decision was made by the Board of Directors of the Bank.
In April 2017, Igor Kolomeisky headed Sberbank International block as senior
vice-president of PJSC Sberbank.
Since April 28, Igor Kolomeisky has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of
SB Sberbank.
"Over the past 10 years of the Bank’s operations in Kazakhstan, Sberbank has
become one of the country's system-forming financial institutions. Sberbank is
nowadays a largest foreign investor and a leader of state business finance
programs," Igor Kolomeisky said, "It is now time for new goals and objectives,
namely the digital service channel development and introduction of the unique
banking products and services. The bank has a great potential that our team is
to live up to."
Igor Kolomeisky, prior to his Sberbank appointment, headed the investment
business of Alfa-Bank, worked for thr investment and brokerage companies,
including Otkritie, Rinako Plus and NIKoil (Uralsib), and managed the investment
division of Russian Railways.
