/KASE, April 18, 2017/ – NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC (London), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "Mr. Frank Monstrey
has resigned from his position as Chairman and as a member of the Board of Directors
of Nostrum (the 'Board'), with the resignation taking effect from 17 April 2017".
