/KASE, April 17, 2017/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2017. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the Company makes up 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 24,121,920 common shares; - the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Company is Samruk-Energy JSC, who owns 118,194,838 shares of the Company (83.05% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 118,193,588 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the Company (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company).
