Monetary mass (M3) in Kazakhstan as of september 1, 2001 - KZT508.3bn

/IRBIS, Oct 15, 01/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Statistics agency of Kazakhstan, that as of September 1, 2001 monetary mass (M3) increased to KZT508.3bn from KZT347.5bn on similar date of last year. By the end of August the proportion of cash within total monetary mass is said to have increased by 0.6% in comparison with the July's figure. On September 1, 2001 monetary mass (M3) has increased by 9% in comparison with the end of December last year and has reached KZT146.5bn. It is also said that KZT2.2bn was issued into the circulation in July of this year.
