According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C57060010 of the Bank makes up 2,735,700 pieces; - all authorized shares of the bank are outstanding; - the Bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is PJSC VTB Bank (Moscow).
