EGM of Batys tranzit shareholders scheduled for April 14, 2017

/KASE, March 14, 2017/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on April 14, 2017 at 12:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of setting up a subsidiary company for implementing new investment projects. Said meeting is to be held at 162 zh. Shevchenko str., conference-hall, Almaty. Participants will be registered from 11:30 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting was drawn up as of March 14, 2017. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the Company's shareholders will be held on April 17, 2017 at the same time at the above address.
