EGM of AltynEx Company shareholders postponed to March 27, 2017

/KASE, March 13, 2017/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region, Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders scheduled for April 7, 2017 is postponed to March 27, 2017 with the agenda as follows: 1) decision-making on the Company's participation in the setting up of a limited liability partnership; 2) approval of the list of items the Board of Directors’ decisions taken on which should be communicated to the Company’s shareholders of and investors Said meeting of shareholders will be held at Altyndy village, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region. Registration of participants of said meeting will start 11:30 am. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in said meeting will be drawn up as of 00:00 am on March 27, 2017. In case of failed quorum a repeated meeting of shareholders will be held on March 28, 2017 at 11:00 am with the registration starting at 10:00 am at the above address.
