/KASE, March 3, 2017/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 1, 2017, according to
which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds
KZP02M42E719 (KZ2C00002723, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", BVTBb3) of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) for
the period from July 18, 2016 to January 17, 2017.
According to the letter provided, none of the mentioned bonds were offered in
the period under review. 99,750,000 bonds remained unplaced as of January 17,
2017.
