/KASE, February 15, 2017/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture
(Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 6, 2017,
according to which:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of shares in
the period from October 19 to November 15, 2016;
- as of November 15, 2016 36,574,838 ordinary shares of the company
were outstanding; its shareholders capital equaled to KZT36,574,838,000.00.
