/KASE, February 3, 2017/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of February 2, 2017,
bonds KZP01Y05F456 (KZ2P00003866; KZT1,000, KZT4,801,424.0 th.; 5 years;
annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Amangeldy Gas (Astana) were included in
the category "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" of KASE
official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective from February 3, 2017, since the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will be announced later.

Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AGGZb1.
