/KASE, January 25, 2017/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana, hereinafter – the company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 18, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y09E968
(KZ2C00003267, KASE official list, category "debt securities of quasi-public entities",
KAFIb4) of KazAgroFinance for the period from June 12 to December 11, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; 6,050,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced as of
December 11, 2016.
