/KASE, January 19, 2017/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "following a decision of the Bank's Board of Directors dated January 17, 2017, authorities of member of Management Board Vadim Zinoviev were discontinued ahead of schedule. At the same time, following said decision of the Bank's Board of Directors Iliya Yakovlev was appointed a member of the Bank's Management Board". [2017-01-19]
