On August 30 register is fixed of the holders of KAZKOMMERTBANK OJSC (Almaty) first issue coupon bonds (KZ72KA7B9A11; official list of KASE securities of category "A", KKGBb; Sept 6, 99 - Sept 6, 01; $30m; $100.00, semiannual coupon at 10% APR; current market return - 7.00% APR). The register is fixed as bonds mature on September 6, 2001. On September 5 register is fixed of the holders of Almaty Merchant Bank OJSC (Almaty) first issue bonds (KZ2CKAN3AA16; official list of KASE securities of category "A", ATFBb; Oct 2, 00 - Oct 2, 01; $5.0m; $100.00, semiannual coupon at 10% APR; current market return - 7.70% APR). The register is fixed for the second coupon, as well as due to the maturity of the bonds on October 6, 2001. Actually, it means that on August 30 the bonds of KAZKOMMERTSBANK OJSC and on September 2 the bonds of Almaty Merchant Bank OJSC will cease their circulation on the secondary market. On September 2 trades in first issue coupon eurobonds of KazTransOil CJSC (Astana; XS0132391938; official list of KASE securities of category "A", KZTOe1; July 6, 01 - July 6, 06; $150m, semiannual coupon at 8.5% APR; market-maker - Almaty Merchant Bank OJSC (Almaty) will open. On September 2 trades in first issue common shares of Insurance company Saya OJSC (Aktobe; KZ1C31680016; official list of KASE securities of category "B", SAYA; KZT102m; KZT1,000) will open. Also, initial additional offering of second issue inscribed coupon bonds of Kazakhstan Temir Joly NSE (KZ2EUY03A368; official list of KASE securities of category "A", TMJLb2A; $100, $30m, July 10.01 - July 10.04, semiannual coupon at 8.0% APR) will continue in the trade system of the KASE, which will be held as an open trades.
