/KASE, December 27, 2016/ – Aktobeneftepererabotka (Aktobe), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated December 9, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y03F063
(KZ2P00003395, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", AKNPb1) of
Aktobeneftepererabotka for the period from August 18, 2015 to February 18, 2016.
According to the letter provided, as of February 18, 2016, 49,777 pieces of said
bonds remained unplaced.
