/KASE, December 27, 2016/ – Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan
"Halyk Finance" (Almaty), the managing company of an interval unit trust, has
notified KASE of its intention to pay on December 29, 2016 a third tranche of
dividends on its preferred shares KZ1P52060111 for 2015 in the amount of
KZT3,044.28 per share to the total amount of KZT1,000,000,947.40.
