/KASE, December 13, 2016/ – Kazakhstan utility systems (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZP01Y10F191
(KZ2P00003528, KSYSb1) and certificate of state registration of a securities
issue dated December 9, 2016, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has
registered amendments to said bonds issue prospectus;
- said certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation period of
said bonds;
- the circulation period of said bonds was reduced from 10 to five years;
- the interest coupon rate was changed from 10.00 % p.a. to 15.00 % p.a.;
- NIN was changed from KZP01Y10F191 to KZP01Y05F191.
