Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) sued

/KASE, November 29, 2016/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of "a statement of claim submitted by Dmitry Yakovlev to Bostandyk district court in Almaty against the Bank, requesting with a requirement to invalidate the refusal of the Bank to pay the non-fixed fee, as well as other types of material incentives to D.
