/KASE, November 15, 2016/ – Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of an administrative liability imposed following a decision of the Committee on Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2016 under article 643 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
