As of November 10, 2016 ordinary shares KZ1C59530010 (KZ1C00000991, MAIK) of Maikuben West removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, November 10, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of November 10, 2016 ordinary shares KZ1C59530010 (KZ1C00000991; KASE official list, second category, MAIK) of Maikuben West (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company) were removed from KASE official list at issuer request. In KASE conclusion of November 4, 2016 it is said that KASE received the following documents from the Company: - an application of October 31, 2016 for a voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares due to the transforming of the Company into a limited liability partnership; - a copy of reference on shareholders of the Company, according to which as of October 26, 2016 the sole shareholder of the company was PREMIER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLP - a copy of the decision of the Company's sole shareholder dated September 22, 2016 on voluntary delisting of shares; In view of the foregoing and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category on October 1, 2013; on January 1, 2015 they were transferred into the second category of KASE official list.
