/KASE, November 9, 2016/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of
November 11, 2016 bonds KZ2P0Y07E951 (KZ2P00003239, KASE official list, category
"other debt securities", ALTVb1, KZT1, KZT70.0 bn; June 3, 2015 – June 3, 2022,
annual coupon 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of ALMA-TV LLP (Almaty) were removed from
KASE official list due to annulment of the issue.
This decision was taken based on copies of an official letter and a certificate
of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 2016 on
annulment of the issue of said bonds provided by ALMA-TV.
Said bonds were included in KASE official list's category "other debt
securities" as of June 3, 2015. Trades in them opened on June 5, 2015.
