/CORRECTED/ National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan has registered second issue of BANK CASPIAN OJSC bonds

/IRBIS, July 17, 01 - corrected due to errors in translation/ - In July 06, 01 National Securities Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan held state registration of BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty) first issue bonds amounting $15m at the declared authorized capital amounting KZT1,000,020.0 th. The issue was divided into 150,000 inscribed coupon bonds with $100 par value which were identified under #KZ2CUY03A370 (NIN). The form of bonds issue - non documentary. The issue was admitted to State list of securities under #A37. IRBIS agency disposes copy of issue registration certificate.
