/IRBIS, July 12, 01/ - The following is brief information about indicators of fimamcial-economic activity of Atyraumunaygasgeology OJSC (AtMMG OJSC, Atyrau). It was written on the basis of conclusion of KASE Listing committee. The information is published due to admission of first issue inscribed coupon bonds of company into official list of KASE securities, "B" category (KZ2C4AUC1A24, AMGGb1; $100, $1m., Jan 15, 01 - Jan 15, 02, semiannual coupon 12,0% APR). The management of AtMMG OJSC and its financial consultant Asia Business Consulting OJSC (Almaty) are responsible for the information reliability presented to KASE Listing committee. AtMMG OJSC presented to exchange stock the following financial report prepared according to Kazakhstani standards of book keeping (KSB): balances, reports of income and expenses, reports of money resources movement in period 1998-2000 and within first quarter of 2001. In 1998 - 2000 the ratio of AtMMG OJSC income was for oil drilling service. In 2000 the new article of income from oil selling of Ayrankol oilfield, due to joint venture contract conclusion with Kaspiy Oil OJSC. Cost of goods of AtMMG OJSC increased at KZT284m or 222% in 2000, and it resulted income decrease (from 25% to 13% in 1999 and from 8% to 2000) AtMMG also submitted audit conclusion of Atyrauaudit company, prepared under financial report of 1998 and 2000 according to KBS. Under the agreement of shareholders the audit of 1999 was not conducted. Atyrauaudit company considers that financial report of AtMMG OJSC for 1998 reliably written, and financial status is satisfactory. In financial report audit conclusion of AtMMG OJSC per 2000 it is written that financial report was reliably written and book keeping and reports meet established in Kazakhstan methology and standards..
