/KASE, November 1, 2016/ – Kazakhstan Utility Systems (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated October 27, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y10F191
(KZ2P00003528; KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KSYSb1) of
AMF Group in the period from March 29 to September 29, 2016.
According to the letter provided, as of September 29, 2016, 2,520,000 bonds
remained unplaced.
