/KASE, October 21, 2016/ – ARLAN WAGONS (Almaty) (the Issuer), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE "of the Issuer's intention to amend the prospectus of the first issue of
its indexed coupon bonds, namely the pledging parameters in sub-clause 8 of
clause 46 of chapter 7, in order to protect the interests of bondholders,
according to which the Issuer's obligations fulfillment on the bonds shall be
fully secured by the Issuer's assets pledged."
