NSC of Kazakhstan has adopted documents for ratification of issue and floatation report of fourth issue shares of Bayan Sulu OJSC

/IRBIS, July 03, 01/ - Public Relations Department of National Securities Commission (NSC) informed that NSC accepted documents for ratification of Report regarding the results of fourth emission shares issue and floatation of OJSC "Bayan Sulu" (Kostanay; production and distribution of confectioneries) amounting to KZT553,171,800. According to IRBIS data four issues of shares three of which consisted as of simple as of privileged shares. Previous three issues have been canceled and registered the new one - fourth, including 4,203,780 common inscribed shares (KZ1C241211) amounting to KZT630,567,000. Face value of share is at - KZT150.00. Type of issue is non-documentary. The issue has been entered in to the State register under the number A2412-3. The shareholders register is maintained by "FPF "ADK-pro" LLP (Kostanay, NSC license #12050008 dated January 06.97)
