/KASE, October 18, 2016/ – Zhayremsky Gorno-Obogatitelny Kombinat (Karagandy region) (the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2016. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C13590019 of the Company makes up 6,783,460 units, preferred shares KZ1P13590115 - 11,100 units; - 6,588,624 common shares and 9,689 preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Company is KAZZINC LLP, who owns 6,592,226 shares of the Company (99.91% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 6,588,624 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) and 3,602 preferred shares of the Company (37.18% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company).
