/KASE, October 18, 2016/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2016. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the company makes up 147,364,847 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 pieces; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 26,216,480 common shares; - the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Samruk-Energy, who owns 116,100,278 shares of the company (81.58% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 116,099,028 common shares and 1,250 preferred shares of the company.
