According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C54380015 of the company makes up 2,933,250 pieces; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Samruk-Energy.
