NSC of Kazakhstan informed of preparation of bond issues by five Kazakhstani companies

/IRBIS, June 19, 01/ - PR department of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) made clarifications regarding possible objects for investing the "gray market money" during the legalization period. It is said that now following companies are preparing for the bond issues: LARIBA- BANK OJSC (Almaty), Temirbank OJSC (Almaty), Astana-finance OJSC (Astana), BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty), TexaKaBank OJSC (Almaty). All these companies have made applications to the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) to receive a preliminary conclusion on the possibility of admitting their bonds into the KASE official list of securities.
