/KASE, August 31, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 31, 2016 ordinary shares KZ1C60300015 (ISIN – KZ1C00001296) of Karazhyra (Semey) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
