Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of
the following:

On May 6, 2014 Zhaikmunai LLP substituted Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V.
as the issuer of Eurobonds USN64884AA29/US66978CAA09. Said substitution
took place based on the Additional bond agreement concluded on May 6, 2014
with regard to the substitution of issuer between Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance
B.V., Nostrum Oil & Gas LP, Zhaikmunai Netherlands B.V., Zhaikmunai Finance B.V.,
Kondensat-Holding LLP, Claydon Industrial Limited, Jubilata Investments Limited,
Zhaikmunai International B.V., Nostrum Oil Cooperatief U.A., Probel Capital
Management N.V., Probel Capital Management UK Limited, Zhaikmunai LLP and branch
of Citibank N.A. in London.
